Sandy Lane Estate presents the discerning traveler with the best of everything that Santa Teresa and Malpais have to offer.

The gated three and a half-acre property has been called "The Hidden Jewel." Bordered on each side by natural streams, Sandy Lane is an island of peace and tranquility. What truly sets the Estate apart is its location directly in front of the finest white sand beach in the area. For those who surf, Santa Teresa's best peak, "Las Palmas," is at your doorstep.

The newly built contemporary home was designed by Los Angeles architect, Michael Poirier. The clean lines and open floor plan offer the ultimate in indoor/outdoor living. The chef's kitchen is fully appointed with stainless appliances and the bathrooms feature Hansgrohe fixtures and ceiling-mounted rain showers. Most importantly, all bedrooms have individually controlled air conditioning. As an alternative, ceiling fans are mounted throughout the house.

Sandy Lane Estate is located within walking distance of the five-star Florblanca Resort and the village's numerous restaurants and shops.

The estate is staffed with a full-time groundskeeper. Daily maid and on-call concierge service is provided. A private gourmet chef is available upon request. On-site childcare can be arranged.

Four night minimum stay.
One week minimum stay during holidays.

Reservation/Cancellation Policy
All reservations require a 50% deposit, this deposit is non-refundable. Upon arrival to your vacation rental, the remaining 50% is required in cash. All vacation rentals accept U.S. dollar or the Costa RIcan colone.
